Aims & Objectives
  • To conduct, facilitate & encourage Human Health in all aspects.
  • To improve complete personality development at physical, mental, spiritual, emotional and social health & habbits
  • To provide and encourage facilities for standardization and propogation of the existing knowledge and their application through yoga, isotonic exercise
  • To impart, facilitate and encourage training in fitness to improve cardus respiratory system, strength, flexibility and stamina (endurance).
  • To improve – External and Internal Fitness, through Asanas, Pranayama, Shuddhikriyas and Meditation
